Grandus's accomplishments as a member of the Cyber-Ninja Corps were immortalized by a holographic bust inside Master Yoketron's dojo. Five Servos of Doom
Grandus, in vehicle mode, carried a triumphant "Sentinel Magnus", along with Perceptor and Alpha Trion, in a victory parade before adoring masses. Behind them, the Decepticon prisoners were carried by another Transformer of the same model. Decepticon Air
He was later seen on Cybertron, minding his own business when an organic transwarped right in front of him, so close that he almost stepped on it. Grandus recoiled in fear and disgust while a crowd gathered. Most of the other then bots proceeded to run from it while it insulted him for almost crushing it. Grandus was told by Flareup to step on it, which he tried, only to be stopped by some old bot who took Fanzone in vehicle mode and rolled out.
Needless to say, Grandus and Flareup were horrified by the old bot's actions. He touched it! This Is Why I Hate Machines

- Grandus is a homage to the Generation 1 character of the same name.
- Grandus was first revealed in a Transformers Collectors' Club interview with Derrick J. Wyatt and Eric Siebenaler.
- According to Wyatt, Grandus's voice is an intentional nod to actor Paul Lynde. [1]
- He also screams like a little girl.
