The arrival of an Autobot from another dimension gives hope for the rebirth of a fallen comrade.
Synopsis
Following the Autobots' victory over the the majority of the Decepticon forces when the villains were deactivated by the Quintesson killswitch, the Binaltech Project has been officially shut down by the Earth Defense Command. Information on Binaltech technology was publically released, and has led to a rise in derivative products created by other companies and individuals, which have been progressively causing trouble for the Autobots.
While on patrol on Earth, Grimlock and Hound encounter Bluestreak—but not the Bluestreak that they know. This Bluestreak has come from another dimension, the original mainstream timeline from which the "BT World" was branched off, with news that the spark of the Prowl of the BT World, previously lost in a subspace accident, has materialized in his home dimension. Hound and Grimlock rush to escort Bluestreak back to Autobot City with this news, but on the way, they are delayed by the appearance of a rampaging phonon hologram: yet another knock-off human invention created with Binaltech technology. The trio make short work of the hologram and speed on their way.
Back at Autobot City, Bluestreak addresses Ultra Magnus and the assembled Autobots, explaining the situation. "Prowl II", the replacement Prowl powered by Chip Chase's lifeforce, confirms the feasibility of Bluestreak's story, but Bluestreak then continues with a grave warning: Prowl's spark has begun to destabilize as a result of an unknown energy signature emanating from the BT World. The Autobots mobilize to search for the source of the signal and save Prowl's life.

Notes
- This chapter of the Binaltech story was printed on the packaging of the Bluestreak Binaltech toy. It was released seven months after the last toy and story chapter, and was the first non-exclusive release since
- The loss of Prowl's spark was chronicled in the earlier story chapter "Prowl & Chase".
- This chapter confirms that in the mainstream timeline, the Binaltech Project died out at some point before 2005. As such, it's essentially impossible to know how much of the Story of Binaltech still happened in mainstream continuity, following all the time travel and history re-writing that went on.
