Ryōtarō Okiayu (置鮎 龍太郎 Okiayu Ryōtarō) is a Japanese voice actor born November 17, 1969 in Kitakyushu, Japan. He works for Aoni Production and has provided voices for dozens and dozens of characters in anime, video games and dubs, including Scar in Fullmetal Alchemist, Andrew Waltfeld in Gundam Seed, Hisashi Mitsui in Slam Dunk and Zero in Mega Man X.
