The mime is a human in the Transformers Animated continuity family

Look he's walking against the wind. Ha ha.

The mime is not much on words but is very entertaining to the people of Detroit but he's nothing compared to giant robots.

Fiction

The mime was seen at a fair which Sari Sumdac, Bumblebee and Bulkhead were attending and entertaining a crowd with his mine like antics. When Bumblebee and Bulkhead expressed confusion over the mime's actions and as soon as Sari explained he was pretending to be a robot the two were further confused as that isn't how they move.

Bumblebee attempted to show him how robots really move by showing him some slick break dancing, taking attention and applause away from the mime. When Bulkhead gets confused by the clapping Sari explains people clap at the end of performances, Bulkhead claps enthusiastically and the force of his clap creates a windstorm which blows the crowd away and the mime.
