BotCon 1995 was organized and hosted by prominent fan Raksha, who also named and designed (kinda) the convention's exclusive toy, Nightracer.
It was held at the Dayton Convention Center in Dayton, Ohio.
Merchandise

- Nightracer - A redeco of the Go-Bot High Beam.
- T-shirts - Red or purple, each had the G1 Autobot and Decepticon symbols along with convention information.
- Magnet - It was very colorful.
Events
- Broken Toy Repair Panel
- Fan Club Overview Panel
- Fan Media Producers' Panel
- Trivia Contest
- Laser show set to the soundtrack of Transformers: The Movie.
Trivia
- Raksha had initially wanted the exclusive toy to be a version of Generation 2 Smokescreen, but was told by Hasbro that since that figure is gang-molded with Dreadwing it would not be available individually.
