Why are we presenting characterization that was never present in a Transformers comic? If the only piece of fiction that used this character used the Action Force version, then we're going to use the Action Force version, regardless of what sources separate from Transformers say. —Interrobang 05:26, 17 December 2009 (EST)

Disambig

[edit]

Shouldn't the G1 disambig be reserved for actual TF characters and not used on external properties such as Action Force? Khajidha 14:08, 6 February 2010 (EST)

Yes. - Starfield 14:16, 6 February 2010 (EST)
I propose moving the article to [[Heavy Metal (Action Force)]] Khajidha 14:39, 6 February 2010 (EST)
Sounds good. - Starfield 14:46, 6 February 2010 (EST)
I'll give it a week for anyone to dispute, and then do it. Khajidha 14:47, 6 February 2010 (EST)
Separating out the Action Force versions of GIJoe-originated characters at the disambiguation level feels kind of silly, especially as we have no one else at (Action Force). He should probably just be at (G.I. Joe). --Monzo 17:38, 6 February 2010 (EST)
I hadn't actually looked to see if there were other (Action Force) disambigs. Personally I feel that they SHOULD be different, as many of them changed name and nationality. But I won't be upset if opinion goes against me. The main point is that he doesn't really deserve the (G1) disambig. Khajidha 11:03, 7 February 2010 (EST)
He was from G.I. Joe, in real life. We don't have to ignore that. - Starfield 14:28, 7 February 2010 (EST)
Mission accomplished. Also changed links from other pages. Khajidha 12:09, 13 February 2010 (EST)
