Why is the disambig page at Bill when the root name is William? This is especially annoying to me because my name is William and NO ONE is allowed to call me Bill. Khajidha 16:34, 16 March 2010 (EDT)

I'd guess because "Bill" has the most common usage in our articles out of all the possibilities, going by this list. --Jeysie 16:44, 16 March 2010 (EDT)
