Go-Bot (G2)

After Hasbro aquired Tonka, in the late 1980's, the name GoBots and the character names, but not the toys themselves (which are owned by the Japanese company Bandai) became Hasbro's to use. Since then, Hasbro has used some of it officially in Transformers.
The name Go-Bots was attached to a line of transforming cars in the style of Matchbox/Hot Wheel cars. These were later reused in Robots in Disguise as Spychangers.
