Hiroyuki Otoboto (音仏ひろゆき) is totally the Tommy Kennedy of Japan. He is played by Hiroyuki Amano. His wife is Megumi, daughter Yuka, and son Tatsuya.

Apparently he and his family will explain some of the obscurities of the Transformers mythos to the Japanese audience... or something.
