Transformers Animated The Cool is a currently running Japan-only comic (manga) written and drawn by Naoto Tsushima. It is being published in Kerokero Ace, and, like the Japanese dub of the Animated series, is considered part of the Movie continuity. This makes our heads hurt.

A 4-page color prologue for the series was initially published in the May 2010 issue of Kerokero Ace (released in late March, naturally), with the regular series beginning the following month.

• Prior to revealing the "The Cool" project, Tsushima imported "The Arrival" trade paperback and a copy of The AllSpark Almanac. He later revealed that he doesn't understand a word of English, but still, that's a promising sign, right?
