Stasis field generator

Stasis field generators are technology from the Transformers Animated continuity family.

Stasis field generators are tall, white cylinders with a control panel on the top. They generate a pyramid-shaped energy field that sends any mechanical organisms caught inside into stasis lock. They're easily mistaken for Ivcan music pods, at least by Bulkhead.

Lockdown possessed a stasis field generator which he kept in the hold of his ship. When a small group of Autobots broke in while the ship was sitting on the bottom of Lake Erie, one of them happened to mistake it for a music box and activated, stunning all three. Lockdown was greatly amused as he moved in on the two small humans whom the Autobots had brought with them. Web of Deception
