At some point Lockdown had his cement spray upgraded to fire blobs of polyxlyon resin. He got the opportunity to try them out when two small humans and a trio of Autobots broke into his ship. After the Autobots were disabled, he used the resin to immobilise the two humans so he could drop the entire group into Lake Erie. Web of Deception
