The High Council Pavilions were the main center of government in Iacon before and during the Great War. After Optimus Prime became leader of the Autobots, a Decepticon assassination squad managed to breach the Pavilions security and nearly succeeded in killing Prime. The War Within #1 Later, the High Council Pavilions became the Autobots main base when Shockwave launched an attack on Iacon.
