Blackrock Industries technician Josie Beller was paralyzed in a Decepticon attack. Driven by her pathological hatred for all robots, she invented a skimpy uniform that would allower her to move again -- plus enable her to shoot electricity, disrupt circuitry, and fly.

She's kinda crazy.
