Blackrock Industries technician Josie Beller was paralyzed in a Decepticon attack. Driven by her pathological hatred for all robots, she invented a skimpy uniform that would allow her to move again -- plus enable her to shoot electricity, disrupt circuitry, and fly.

She is driven by a pathological hatred of all Transformers. The distinctions of Autobot and Decepticon are meaningless to her.
