Blackrock Industries technician Josie Beller was paralyzed in a Decepticon attack. Driven by her pathological hatred for all robots, she invented a uniform that would allow her to move again -- plus enable her to shoot electricity, disrupt circuitry, and fly. This outfit is most recognized by many Transformers fans for the fact that it covers so little of her body.
Her hatred of all Transformers does not recognize the distinctions of Autobot and Decepticon. As such, she is more likely to do harm to the Autobot cause than to be of assistance.
She is also directly and solely responsible for saving the entire Marvel universe from the Beyonder, in Secret Wars II.
