Scalpel Tools are the equipment used by Scalpel in Revenge of the Fallen portion of the live-action film series continuity family.
The Scalpel tools are robots that helped Scalpel follow the orders of Megatron.

While Scalpel was examining Sam Witwicky, two robots reminiscent of the Insecticons toppled over Sam. Scalpel ordered one to go into Sam. The robot entered the mouth, put two tentacles out through Sam's nose, and came out through his mouth. Scalpel appears to have killed the robot as he finished his work. Revenge of the Fallen
