Yeah. The whole thing about him being continually and willfully lost in his own fantasy world of epic high adventure, their way of reconciling his toy bio with the techspec intelligence of 8, is indeed from the DW MTMTE Guide. It says he works everthing he does and says into the fantasy world, the specifics of the D&D bits (Battle Armor of the Hawk +5) I made up to illustrate how he does this for the entry.
