{{MarvelUKcover}} is a template for the description and copyright-notice of a cover scan from the Marvel UK Generation 1 series. It puts the image into the category Category:Marvel UK covers.

The bracketed numbers above (such as "{{{1}}}") represent places where your input will be inserted:

{{{1}}} = the description of the image
{{{2}}} = the issue number
{{{3}}} = the title of the main story contained in the issue
{{{4}}} = the last two digits of the year the issue was originally published

Additional fields are also available. Add in the following as they apply to each cover:

{{{artist}}} = the name of the artist responsible for the cover
{{{artist2}}} = the name of the second artist
{{{artist3}}} = the name of the third artist
{{{storytitle}}} = the title of the story, if different from the page name
{{{part}}} = the part of the story in the issue, if within a multi-issue story arc
{{{subtitle}}} = the subtitle of the story part
{{{story2}}} = the title of the issue's secondary story
{{{storytitle2}}} = the title of the secondary story, if different from the page name
{{{part2}}} = the part of the secondary story in the issue, if within a multi-issue story arc
{{{subtitle2}}} = the subtitle of the secondary story part
{{{note}}} = any other information you want to add

These fields also automatically insert the image into the relevant categories, so remember to leave them without wikilinks.
