Isaac Charles Singleton Jr. is an American voice actor. His non-Transformers roles include Bo'sun in Pirates of the Caribbean: Curse of the Black Pearl, Lurtz in some of the Lord of the Rings video games, and Sagat in Street Fighter IV. (Coincidentally, he has shared this role with fellow Soundwave actor Robert O. Smith. Huh.)
