Kari Wahlgren (born in 1977) is an American voice actress. She can be recognized as Haruko Harahara in FLCL, Kagami in Lucky Star, Tayuya in Naruto, Emma Frost in Wolverine and the X-Men, and Saya Otonashi in blood+.
