Flier (WFC)

Fliers are a body-type in the War for Cybertron portion of the Generation 1 continuity family.

A Flier was a solider type employed by the Autobots, Decepticons, and neutral forces, mostly during the Great War. Fliers would swap between their Cybertronian jet Alt mode and their robot modes, where they would hover in the air. They were relativley weak but often attacked in groups to make up for it. A popular method of destroying them was to shoot their robot mode's foot thrusters, which would send a flier sailing, often into the nearest wall, before exploding. Decepticon fliers were nicknamed "Seekers" by Autobot infantry.
