I can't believe the person who wrote this didn't notice this was totally unlike our proper articles.

The DS version of Transformers: War for Cybertron came in two flavours: Autobot and Decepticon. Similar to the more big budget Xbox 360/PS3/PC version, the Decepticon campaign chronologically happens before the Autobot one. Like the previous Transformers games for the DS (based on the 2007 movie and Revenge of the Fallen), it was produced by Vicarious Visions.

Differences with Xbox 360/PS3/PC version

- You pick two Transformers, who can be switched at any time during gameplay. A character who is knocked out can be revived by defeating a certain number of enemies.

- Unlike the mainstream version that restricted player choice to 3 fixed characters per chapter (e.g. Optimus Prime (Prime), Bumblebee (Prime) and Ratchet (Prime) for Defense of Iacon), any two Transformers can be chosen to do any stage.

- As opposed to only two unlockable characters (Slipstream and Arcee), the DS versions come with numerous unlockables. The Decepticons get the likes of Motormaster, Cyclonus and Onslaught (the latter two being bosses in the Autobot version) while the Autobots get Ultra Magnus, Grimlock and Cliffjumper (Cliffjumper being a boss).
