Omega Supreme is an Autobot from the Transformers: Prime continuity family.

Striking fear into the sparks of almost every Decepticon, Omega Supreme is the mightiest Autobot of them all. Charged with being the last line of defense for Iacon, the Autobot capitol, and guarding the gateway to Cybertron's core, Omega Supreme is near-unstoppable in battle, relentless in his mission, and fearless in the face of danger.

Exodus: The History of the War for Cybertron

Having acquired the Key of Justice and Key of Power, Megatron sought control of the Plasma Energy Chamber to corrupt the Core of Cybertron with Dark Energon. The Autobots reactivated Omega Supreme to decimate the Decepticons and fly the Plasma Energy Chamber to safety, only to be show down by Starscream and his Seekers. A Dark Energon-infused Megatron defeated Omega Supreme and took the Plasma Energy Chamber, though Ratchet was able to keep Omega alive.

Omega Supreme was the guardian of the Omega Gate, which gave access to the Core of Cybertron. Omega lay unactive during the Great War until Megatron's forces invaded Iacon, forcing Zeta Prime to activate the Omega Key and awaken the sleeping giant. Omega flew into action, striking down Megatron's ship and relentlessly pursued him. Megatron evaded him by going underground, ordering Starscream to divert him, and ascending to a building armed with heavy ion turrets to bring Omega down. His power drained, Omega had to drain batteries to keep up the fight, but this proved to be his downfall as Megatron used Dark Energon to corrupt the batteries. Omega began to draw energon from the Core itself, but it was too late, and Megatron blew open his chest and infected him with Dark Energon.

After Megatron infected the Core, the new Prime Optimus, Ironhide and Warpath found Omega imprisoned by the Decepticons at the Gate. The trio fought off his Decepticon captors while Ratchet remove the corruption from Omega's body. When the battle was won, Ratchet stated he would have to complete Omega's repairs at Autobot headquarters, but Omega was still able to open the Gate for Optimus.
