I'm assuming he's the animated version of Moon Radar. As for relevancy, I don't really see the need... I mean, it's just a bit of trivia from the Almanac, isn't it? The Animated universe has tons of stuff going on in it, and tons of stuff happened in its past. This is just one of those things. --Ascendron 13:55, 15 July 2010 (EDT)
