Tōru Ōkawa (大川 透 Ōkawa Tōru) is a Japanese voice actor born February 28, 1968, in Kagoshima. He currently works for the talent agency Mausu Promotion, and some of his more notable roles include Roy Mustang in Fullmetal Alchemist, Nyx in Neo Angelique Abyss, Saitō in Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex and Coach McGuirk in the Japanese dub of Home Movies.
