Blazemaster is an Autobot from the Revenge of the Fallen franchise in the live-action film continuity family.

Blazemaster is thought by many of his Autobot comrades to be haywire. He will fly over Decepticons, intentionally alerting them of his presence. Once that's done, he starts dropping corrosive gel on them, watching as they run for their lives.

He transforms into a Channel 7 news copter.

It's all fun and games until the zombies show up and we all have to pile onto this guy and head for the nearest shopping mall...

Blazemaster transforms into a gold and blue Bell 412, but with some cues from other Bell models. The cockpit has translucent blue plastic, through which Blazemaster's head is amusingly visible. Channel 7 Action News tampographs are on both sides of the fuselage, and 7 News tampos on the tail. The top propeller can be spun using a gear-driven action by pressing the small blue button just under it. The tail rotor cannot move.
In robot mode, the top rotor can be used as a spinning weapon, or split in half to sit on both arms. There are some issues with this, however, as the propeller does not like to sit in the position shown in the instructions (it tends to rotate down) and the second piece does not fit snuggly into its socket, which has one side open to accommodate conversion. There are also a pair of thumbs inside the engine cowling that converts into Blazemaster's arms, despite not having actual hands.
Blazemaster's deco is different from the stock toy photograph shown on the back of the card, which shows many of the white areas colored gold.
This mold was also used to make Revenge of the Fallen Evac and Transformers (2010) toyline Tailwhip.

Trivia

  • The only U.S. television station using the "Channel 7 Action News" name is WXYZ-TV in Detroit. No word on if their traffic copter is actually a pyromaniac space robot.
  • Also, he may be part of the CP24 team, who uses channel 24 and channel 7 in the Toronto area, and their chopper is a Bell 206, but it is similar to the 412 in many ways.
  • Blazemaster has quite a few similarities to Ben Procter's concept art for the rejected character Springer.
