• The "half-a-sliced-orange" forehead ornamentation on Flareup's character model comes directly from Firestar, on whom the original Flareup was based.
• Flareup's legs resemble pants with extremely wide bottoms... commonly known as flares.
• Flareup's voice has a Southern twang to it, in a confirmed homage to Anastasia Matejka's Southern-styled performance as the original Flareup in BotCon 2008's "Bee in the City".
• She is astonishingly male in the Latin American dub of the third season along with Strika and Slipstream. Maybe Red Alert is one lucky girl.
• Did you know that she and Warpath are dating? One guy sure did.
