Bumblebee's stingers are among the few energy weapons that Optimus Prime's crew have at their disposal. They can easily go through rock, space barnacles, and any old Earth material.

Bumblebee is equipped with stingers that can demolish machines at short range. Some Transformers can be temporarily disabled with them.

• Bumblebee's stingers were first developed as a concept for the first live-action movie, but went unused.

• Considering Wasp and Bumblebee seem to share the stingers because they share a Body-type, this would imply Cliffjumper, Tap-Out, Freeway, Searchlight, Hubcap, Sedan, Carrera, Furão, Bumper and Glyph would all have stingers as well.
