When Breakaway knocked the entrance of the building he was hiding out at, Cypher opened the door. Breakaway thanked him, and Cypher responded to the "Healer" in kind. Then, after Breakway, Topspin, and Landquake conversed about the crappy situation they were in, something happened! Reunification: Part 3

Cypher and the other residents of the hideout were frozen in place, revealed to be the doings of Aquarius, so he could reveal his plans for the trio (and Skyfall). Cypher and the others remained immobile throughout the entire conversation. When Aquarius's Slow Time abilities expired, Computron ripped off the roof of the hideout, surprising the residents. Reunification: Part 4 As Landquake shot out Compputron's eyes, Cypher and the other ordinary residents fled the scene. Reunification: Part 5
