Bad Spark
Do we know that Bad Spark was actually shown undubbed/unsubbed for the theatrical release? I know it's like that on the bootlegs tapes - like the one I own from Ctenosaur Productions or whatever - but it seems like a really weird move. --Monzo 11:11, 20 September 2007 (UTC)
- While I don't know the answer, one thing to consider is... this is Takara we're talking about. --FFN 15:51, 20 September 2007 (UTC)
- Not having been to the theatrical release, I can't say for certain either, but I can't imagine they'd release the thing in theaters with subs and then on video without them. That seems even *less* logical than releasing the thing without subs altogether. --DrSpengler 16:05, 20 September 2007 (UTC)
Hi! I own the Beast Wars special DVD (The official one from Pioneer from Yesasia.com), and Lio Convoy in Danger is actually the second part, and Bad Spark is the third part. It has optional English or the crazy Japanese dub. It also has English with Japanese subtitlles
- Yeah, now that the conversation's back up, it is weird. I have the VHS version, and as Monzo initially said, it is the English version and without subs. I had a hunc that the DVD had optional audio and subtitles, since Pioneer's series sets offered that feature, but I wasn't sure and didn't know anybody who owned it. I'll make a note of that in Bad Spark's page. But I take it we still don't know how it was presented theatrically, then? --DrSpengler 11:26, 10 May 2009 (EDT)
I dont get why they played a recap of the first Beast Wars (Optimus Primal's lot) when it's Beast Wars II then the movie Lio Convoy in danger then the Beast Wars episode Bad Spark?
