Daran Norris

Daran Norris (born Daran Norris Nordland on November 1, 1964) is an American voice actor. He has had a number of prominent roles, including Cosmo and Timmy's Dad on The Fairly OddParents, Durge and Ki-Adi-Mundi on Star Wars: Clone Wars, and Spottswoode in Team America: World Police.
In the realm of live action, he is familiar to fans of Mystery Science Theater 3000 as the Club Scum MC in Hobgoblins, had a regular role in Ned's Declassified School Survival Guide as Gordy the janitor, and is known to Veronica Mars devotees as Cliff McCormack.
He is sometimes credited as Darran Norris.
