Talk:Infestation (IDW)

We're going to have to make a lot of new pages: http://www.comicbookresources.com/?page=article&id=28761 --ItsWalky 19:54, 8 October 2010 (EDT)
- All I can say is that I hope Spock meets Galvatron. --NCZ 19:55, 8 October 2010 (EDT)
- This is amusing and all, but it calls into question of what we think warrants articles here. Does the entire Infestation story count, or just the Transformers-relevant parts? (I lean to counting the whole thing because, again, amusing. Wish that they would've come up with a more original idea than fucking zombies, though.) —Interrobang 20:17, 8 October 2010 (EDT)
- I'd vote just putting up the Transformers stuff until we see if we're required to do otherwise with the twist in Infestation #2. But, DnA teaming up with Nick Roche? I'm feeling relatively optimistic. Antimatter 22:00, 8 October 2010 (EDT)
- All the different comic series are called "realities". So the wiki should obviously record things that happen in the Transformers reality. Probably mostly in the two part series "Transformers: Infestation". If a Transformer travels to a non-Transformers reality? That's an interesting question. The wiki only deals in Transformers fiction, so maybe that isn't wiki-worthy even if it involves a Transformer? - Starfield 22:11, 8 October 2010 (EDT)
- This is a Transformers wiki. We cover official Transformers stuff. If a Transformer shows up in a comic book with the approval of Hasbro, that is definitely within our jurisdiction. --ItsWalky 22:29, 8 October 2010 (EDT)
- So any of the issues with Transformers in them can be documented. That sounds like a good way to go. - Starfield 22:56, 8 October 2010 (EDT)
- This is how our wiki has operated forever. See the G2 G.I. Joe crossover. --ItsWalky 23:56, 8 October 2010 (EDT)
- G2 Transformers and G.I. Joe are in the same universe. No dimension-hopping involved. I thought it might be different if a Transformer actually hopped realities into a "non-Transformer" universe. But I guess, as far as the wiki is concerned, any reality with Transformers in it cannot, by definition, be a non-Transformers universe. I wonder, is the "Zombies vs. Robots" reality one of the universes in the Transformers multiverse. - Starfield 00:08, 9 October 2010 (EDT)
