Doug Dlin is a long-time Transformers fan, notable for his fluency in Japanese, which has allowed him to act as a rare link between the English- and Japanese-speaking components of the fandom. Besides working as an editor for Antarctic Press, he has had quasi-official roles in various Transformers media and events.
