Norio Wakamoto

Norio Wakamoto (若本 規夫 Wakamoto Norio) is a Japanese seiyu and former policeman, born October 18, 1945. His imposing voice leads to him being typecast as villains, evidenced by his roles as Dracula in the Castlevania video games, Barbatos Goetia in several of the Tales series, Cell in Dragon Ball, and Charles zi Britannia in Code Geass.

In the Japanese dub of Animated, Megatron sometimes refers to Professor Sumdac as "Mr. Fuguta". This is a callback by Wakamoto to his role in the incredibly long-lived series Sazae-san as the character Mr. Anago, whose coworker was a man named Masuo Fuguta. Running with the gag, Starscream even calls Megatron "Mr. Anago" in the Japanese dub of "TransWarped, Part 1".
