Doris and her husband were awakened by the sound of multiple vehicles arriving at the garage across the street. Taking a look out the window, Doris noticed there weren't any drivers in the cars. Mitchell assumed Sparky had invented some kind of remote control device. This was proven incorrect when the cars suddenly changed into robots, and the Roland's morning was even more disturbed when more vehicles arrived and a battle broke out in their neighborhood. Power Play! The Rolands fled Portland as soon as they could. The Last Stand
