In the year of 2006, he is a member of the Junkion tribe. Unless, of course, these two guys are not the same person but just happen to share design and color scheme. He/they transform into (a) motorcycle(s).

Generation 1 cartoon

Towards the end of the Second Cybertronian War, this guy was chasing after the leader of the Decepticons. The Decepticon whipped him of his motorcycle, but then that motorcycle crashed into his and made him fall off too, which allowed Sentinel Prime to catch up with the Decepticon leader to finish the fight.

Millions of years later, this guy helped Wreck-Gar fetch their Autobot allies from Goo. Five Faces of Darkness, Part 4
