Orto Plutonia is presumably a planet from the Star Wars universe.

Orto Plutonia is a world involved with the Clone Wars. Upon learning about possible Confederacy activity on the planet, Captain Rex and a battalion of Clone Troopers went to investigate. They discovered an army of Battle Droids, and a battle broke out between the two opposing forces.[1]
