The Dinoblaster cannon is a weapon from the Victory cartoon portion of the Generation 1 continuity family.

Frustrated at his constant losses to the Autobots, Dinoking snuck some extra energy so he could create the Dinoblaster cannon. He's sure this new weapon will give him the edge he needs to finally emerge victorious from a fight against Victory Saber!

The Dinoforce ran rampant on Jean's school until Star Saber and Victory Leo arrived. The Decepticons merged into Dinoking, but so too did the Autobots merge into Victory Saber. Dinoking boasted that he had a new ultimate weapon, the Dinoblaster cannon. Materializing said weapon in his hands, he unleashed it on Victory Saber, peppering the Autobot with bolts of energy before unleashing a larger explosion that completely obliterated the rock Victory Saber was perched on.

Then Victory Saber emerged unscathed from the explosion and beat the tar out of Dinoking. Oh well, better luck next time! Jean - Defend the Campus!!
