Having never done this before... I think this kanji is right: イラスト/渡辺正美 (curse Chrome for not displaying it properly) which Google Translate tells me says "Illustration / Watanabe Masayoshi". I googled the name and couldn't find any artists though so maybe I did it wrong? --abates 07:13, 3 January 2011 (EST)
