The Decepticons invaded Sperity in search for energy, and the inhabitants of the planet secretly evacuated with their energy to the twin planet of Toruin. The Autobots, not knowing of the evacuation and planned decepticon, pointlessly battled the Decepticons. Brainstorm, having discovered the underground city at Toruin and spoke with Kuran, went to Sperity to warn the other Autobots. Once Brainstorm arrived at Sperity through the tunnel attaching the two planets, Darthner informed Brainstorm of the Twin Star government's decision; that being the detachment of Toruin from Sperity after evacuation was complete.
