G.I. Joe's Skystorm X-Wing Choppers are hi-tech, streamlined attack helicopters that seat a single pilot. This role is often filled by Windmill.

One Skystorm X-Wing Chopper, piloted by Windmill, was part of the G.I. Joe squad sent to the Himalayas to assist Hawk, Flint and Optimus Prime against the forces of Cobra-La.
