Richard Epcar

Richard Epcar (born April 29, 1955) is an American writer and actor. He's done trailer voice-overs, voice direction, writing, acting, supervised the dubbing of American movies into foreign languages or anime.

He is probably best known for his dub roles as Daisuke Jigen from the Geneon dub of Lupin the 3rd, Batou in numerous Ghost in the Shell projects, the spirit of Zangetsu in Bleach and the titular character in Bobobo-bo Bo-bobo (which also stars fellow Robots in Disguise actors Kirk Thornton and Philece Sampler).
