  • This issue is a loose adaptation of "TransWarped, Part III".
  • Optimus Prime's glowing AllSpark-powered form seen at the end of the issue would appear to be both a promotion for the translucent Sons of Cybertron Optimus Prime toy and a reference to Prime's glowing, AllSpark-powered form seen in the Japanese Animated title sequence but not in the actual television series.
