Side Burn is an Autobot. He's kind of a young wise ass. He has a thing for fembots who look like they turn into red sports cars. Sounds familiar.

In order to get some sympathy from some sexy fembots, Side Burn told them the story of how he was the survivor of Megatron's raid. It worked until Prowl showed up and told them the real survivor was Dion. Prowl told Side Burn it was a felony offence to impersonate an elite guardsman and he could arrest him for it, he didn't however and the two drove off to the high council. Side Burn was there when Optimus Prime accepted his appointment as commander of the new Autobot military. Battle Lines: Part 1

• Side Burn (Deluxe, 2011)

During BotCon 2010, It was revealed that the 2011 Transformers Collectors Club free figure will be Side Burn. The toy will be a blue and white redeco of Classics Rodimus, transforming into a heavily-altered Dome Zero. Side Burn's rear-mounted thruster engine becomes a hand-held weapon in robot mode, launching a spring-loaded missile, or can remain attached to his back to act as a jetpack. His left arm hides a flip-out (non-spinning) buzzsaw.

This mold was also used to make "Shattered Glass" Rodimus and Gentei! Wildrider.
