Balloon is a failed Aerialbot from the Robo-Capers portion of the Generation 1 continuity family.

The imaginatively-named Balloon was the first Aerialbot. He is an over-confident dreamer.

Notes

The concept of a dirigible Transformer would be revisited during Hearts of Steel with Scourge. Additionally, Evac's Cyber Key Code bio states that at one point he transformed into a blimp.
