Hightower is a Decepticon from the Universe conflict.

Hightower is one of four Decepticons who combine into the mighty Constructicon Devastator. Hightower forms the right leg of the massive destruction machine. Hightower's personality, like that of his comrades, is unknown. It is also unknown what, if any, connection he has with the other Decepticon crane named Hightower active during the Universe conflict.

A redeco of the Robots in Disguise Hightower, Hightower transforms into a crane. He was available only in a 2-pack with Long Haul.
