Hightower is a Decepticon from the Universe conflict.

Hightower is one of six Decepticon Micromasters who combine into the mighty Constructicon Devastator. Hightower forms the left arm of the massive destruction machine. Hightower's personality, like that of his comrades, is unknown. It is also unknown what, if any, connection he has with the other Decepticon crane named Hightower active during the Universe conflict.
