While under Initiative control, Ravage entered the Guantanamo Bay naval station. He broke into a storage shed via an air vent and dug through the crate inside until he found the remains of the AllSpark Mutations that had been recovered from Sam Witwicky's house. By the time he was finished, the guards had been alerted to his presence, and he rapidly retreated from the base by sea, destroying at least one naval vessel on the way. Tales of the Fallen #5
