A member of the Micromaster Protectobots, Hot Spot fights against the forces of the evil Unicron. He forms the left arm of Defensor. His relationship to any other "Hot Spot" is unknown.

An exclusive to Kay-Bee stores, Hot Spot is a (slight) redeco of Neo-Wheel. He came with Defensor's left hand and rifle.
